Marnix23: transforming an entrance hall into a bright and welcoming space
The entrance hall and elevator lobbies at Marnix23 suffered from a dark and imposing design that was not popular with tenants. To breathe new life into these spaces, we designed a complete renovation, combining warmth, modernity, and functionality.
A revamped design for a pleasant welcome:
- Wood-effect tile flooring, ensuring robustness and aesthetic appeal.
- Cream tones and concrete finishes, creating a bright and harmonious atmosphere.
- A mix of wood melamine panels and concrete-effect plaster, adding a warm touch and elegant consistency with the existing bronze architectural elements.
- Elevator lobbies enhanced with wood elements, highlighting their access to the floors and reinforcing the welcoming identity of the space.
- Preserved plants have been incorporated on the floors, adding a natural and soothing touch to the spaces.
- Completely redesigned lighting, more powerful without being dazzling, in line with new low-energy consumption standards.
This transformation has reinvented the identity of the premises, creating a welcoming, attractive environment that is perfectly in tune with the occupants’ expectations.
