A modern, connected boardroom designed for hybrid working

Based in Belgium and Germany, this company wanted to modernize its boardroom to reflect the dynamism and youthfulness of its teams. With the evolution of post-Covid practices, the goal was to create a space that facilitates hybrid meetings while offering optimal comfort and a refined aesthetic.

A design adapted to new uses:

  • A custom-made meeting table, invisibly integrating audiovisual equipment and cabling for a smooth and minimalist experience.
  • Extension of the room, allowing for the installation of this new equipment and promoting interaction between participants in person and remotely.

A controlled architecture, combining technology and design:

  • A suspended metal structure, designed to integrate lighting and speakers under a complex domed ceiling.
  • Acoustic improvements under the guidance of an engineer, with suspended baffles, panels combining wood and acoustic felt, and roller blinds on the windows for optimal auditory comfort.
  • Carefully selected furniture, approved by an ergonomist and perfectly suited to user requirements.

This room is now a resounding success, frequently used for its functional qualities and its atmosphere conducive to effective and inspiring exchanges.
