The layout is structured around two main objectives:
- A space dedicated to visitors, consisting of a waiting area and meeting rooms with optimized sound insulation, each with a distinct theme.
- A new office layout, bringing employees together on the same floor to encourage interaction while avoiding the large open-plan model.
A balance between privacy and transparency:
- Offices accommodating up to four people, promoting concentration and teamwork.
- Large windows overlooking the corridor, covered with sandblasted film printed with photos of Brussels and the values of Finance&Invest.Brussels, creating a strong identity and an inspiring environment.
