Transforming workspaces at Coface: a dynamic and motivating renewal
Faced with outdated facilities and changing employee expectations, Coface chose to reinvent its offices to breathe new life into them and restore the desire to work on site. We designed a hybrid workplace that combines collaboration, concentration, and well-being to meet new needs.
A space designed for flexibility and engagement:
- Open-plan workstations that encourage interaction and team dynamics.
- Modular closed offices offering private workspaces or meeting rooms tailored to specific needs.
- A work lounge, allowing employees to step outside the traditional office setting.
- A quiet zone, dedicated to concentration and productivity without distractions.
- A large kitchen/cafeteria, a true meeting place for relaxation and team-building events.
The whole space has been designed to be lively, welcoming, and flexible, incorporating a harmonious color scheme that energizes the atmosphere while creating a strong identity.
